: The program and budget including the summarization of the petroleum expenditure during the primary exploration period and the exploration activities that the contractor wants to do during that period shall be submitted by the contractor to the department within thirty (30) days from the effective date. In such program and budget, the exploration works that the contractor wants to do in the first contract year and the related petroleum expenses to be done in the same contract year will be mentioned.
